Terrible experience once again!! Previous time they crashed my truck!! This time went back for next Oil Change mechanic cross-threaded my filter then he continued to crank it tight and left it in and p crashed my truck!! This time went back for next Oil Change mechanic cross-threaded my filter then he continued to crank it tight and left it in and proceeded to tell me it was fine, oil was all over the place when he started it then proceeded to crank it tight again and topped off the oil and told me it was fine again I had to go speak to the foreman and he apologized and replaced the filter and had to fix the threads that were damaged on the engine and he had to put back the cabin filter the kid left all my glove box materials all over the floor with the filter on the floor I'm so over Daytona Toyota!! More

I have dealt with Daytona Toyota service for years. The major complaint I have is that when I come for an oil change and tire rotation I do not want to make appointment for that service. If there is more major complaint I have is that when I come for an oil change and tire rotation I do not want to make appointment for that service. If there is more service needed then, thats different. Everyone is very nice. I do see new faces each time I come and feel they should work on keeping people happy so they can stay employed there.
