When I 1st called I was told by the girl on the phone that she would need to xx with Scott to see if they could get me in B4 next Tuesday. 1-1/2 hrs later I called again and was told by Cio that I should that she would need to xx with Scott to see if they could get me in B4 next Tuesday. 1-1/2 hrs later I called again and was told by Cio that I should bring my car right in since I had a bad water leak (about 3cups of water in rubber mat + more in the floorboard on the floor on the drivers side). I went in they fixed the problem, did an oil change, changed out some needed new filters. When I was getting back into my car I received a call from Scott, then. I'm glad I called back or I don't think my car would have been fixed B4 next Tuesday and in the mean time my car could have become a swimming pool instead, which is the date the 1st girl told me on the initial call. More
