I already completed a survey for this, but as usual, no response from Shottenkirk or Ford. We dropped off the car, called back three times before getting through to service department, then when our advis response from Shottenkirk or Ford. Where you at?", expecting my wife to be the caller. Not professional at all. I've never been impressed with customer service at Shottenkirk. I purchased three vehicles there in last eight years and when I bought the most expensive one in 2018 I showed up to get it, was handed the keys, and the salesman pointed and said "it's out there". Following another less than perfect survey, Ford contacted me to say the dealership would contact me. That never happened. I'm retired military. On my last purchase I was told they had already given me a deal and could not honor a military discount, even though it was inferred to me when I started the purchase process. If this dealership wasn't so close to our home, I'd go elsewhere. I go to a terrific Ford dealership when we're in Florida and nothing like thus ever happens. More
