I highly recommend this place! Within a couple of days from me calling in, they kept us updated on what was happening and when the vehicle would be here, by the end of the week we were in a brand new 24 RAV4, so just within 3 or 4 days they had us in something brand new and exactly what we wanted!! This place is amazing! Everyone who we worked with had excellent customer service and made everything happen very quickly! We love the 24 RAV4 is amazing!!! Thanks to all who made this happen!!! More

We came in to see a Toyota 4Runner and throughout the visit our salesperson Loriana Torres was really thorough, she answered all of our questions and concerns very professionally. Priscilla was very helpful and interested in seeing that I got the car I wanted. Since I bought the car rather unexpectedly, she even drove my other car to my home as I had two cars to get home and it was o I got the car I wanted. She remained willing to help even after the sale when I had to come in due to a missed signature. Overall, I would recommend Priscilla and Heritage Toyota as they offered me a very good deal that I couldn't walk (or drive) away from.
