Professional, prompt and advised me of my brakes in the back needing replacement and already submitted the order. The car originally went in for dent removal and paint touch up in June with a scheduled appointment. The dent removal person was a no show. We then had to wait until July 11 for another appointment sin touch up in June with a scheduled appointment. The dent removal person was a no show. We then had to wait until July 11 for another appointment since it was now time for the 30k service and a broken seal in the driver's door. 30k service and dent removal were completed, but the paint touch up was not completed AND the driver's door was not properly reassembled and the lock would not work. Now we have to wait until August 17 to get a loaner to have the paint touch up and fix the driver's door that the dealer did not repair properly the first time. This is my fourth car purchased from Porsche Atlanta Perimeter but my first BAD experience with the service department. We sure do miss Tony. The dealership should promptly provide a loaner or at least a rental car and not make a long-term customer wait five weeks for repairs that were not completed properly the first go around. More
