We have purchased a number of Subaru's from Heritage in Catonsville and always felt very satisfied. No high-pressure tactics, you are treated as an adult, and they've always had the best price. They also h Catonsville and always felt very satisfied. No high-pressure tactics, you are treated as an adult, and they've always had the best price. They also have an excellent service department. Juneaid Mustafa, the salesperson person for my most recent purchase of a new, just released Unchartered GT, was extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He is very thorough in answering questions, interfacing with his supervisors, and ensuring the entire sales process proceeds seamlessly. From initial contact to vehicle delivery, he demonstrated a high level of customer service. Both Juneaid and the dealership deserve high marks for making this a very positive experience. More
