The service department has horrible service and does not have knowledge on problem solving. I liked my sales associate, but based on this service from the service department my family and I will not purcha have knowledge on problem solving. I liked my sales associate, but based on this service from the service department my family and I will not purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. I was only given excuses and no resolution. I have a college student that is over 2 hours away from him and can only bring vehicle in on Saturday and I’ve advised this to the service department on several occasions and was scheduled an appointment for last Saturday only to be told it can only be looked at during the week because they don’t schedule enough staff on Saturday. Well how about you schedule someone on Saturday (every other Saturday) that can handle more complex issues due to the fact people work and go to school during the week. Or better yet before someone purchase a vehicle from your dealership tell them they can only get complex service for their vehicle Monday - Friday ans you have to bring it on by 8 am on those days! More

I took it in because of an oil change, tire rotation and because the sensor that tells you if a car is in front of you isn’t working They did the oils change and rotation but the sensor was not fixed. This has been an issue since I bought the car two years ago. Every time I take it they say they fix it and as soon as I drive off the light comes back on. The guy was nice everyone was.
