The worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with I was told the system was down and I’d receive a call back never did. How is it a car dealership and no one to wash cars??? My car is never washed every time I bring it there to be serviced. At NISSAN of MOBILE my car is washed every time i don’t even have to ask. I’ve never been told BS about my vehicle. I asked why is my bumper poking out I was told because of the sun and the heat. THAT DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE. Every car in the world would have a poking bumper. The professionalism does not exist if you don’t know the reason say that don’t tell your customers BS to get them out of your face. I’m disgusted with Serra Nissan at this point. I’d rather drive to Mobile and servic emu car every couple months. I have never been disappointed by service there. NOT ONCE! More

TERRIBLE It took me 3 trips to get a window replaced. I called on September 13 and spok with Courtney who ordered my window and was cery profesaional. Had an appt the following day on Saturday September 14 with Amanda. Then was told by Amanda they wouldn’t be able to get me and and to come back on Momday and she would give me a loaner vehicle and put the window under my manufacturers warranty. That was a LIE. Then was told by the service manager Scott Fuller that I would have to pay upfront and be reimbursed by my insurance because they did not have a collision center. Scott quoted me $580.50. I left and went back the next day at 9 a.m. and they repaired the window quickly, however the bill was ove $600.00. When I told them what I was quoted by Scott Fuller they corrected the bill like I had a coupon. Nothing was handled professionally and I will NOT go back to that dealer. More

Still waiting. I purchased a brand new Nissan Maxima SR of of the showroom floor. My salesperson was great. A hinge broke on the panoramic sunroof. June 10th came and I received a call saying they would be in touch as soon as they could schedule my repair....as of July 3rd, 2019 I have not heard from the dealership about the damaged part being fixed .I am still waiting. Also, why did I receive a survey 2 days later asking if I was satisfied....this is very disappointing as a customer. You want over $40,000 for a product that has defects. I love the car and appreciate my salesperson, but I'm sick of waiting. More
