Car inspection was a disgrace 12 hrs into getting car home headlight out, yet Serra dealership shows they put a new one in, cord fell out under dash, 3 trips to zip tie their installed several hundred do home headlight out, yet Serra dealership shows they put a new one in, cord fell out under dash, 3 trips to zip tie their installed several hundred dollars gps system again per their inspection, oil light on yet per their inspection changed oil card humming told it was what a hybrid does yet it was brake system the car is complete garbage. 4th trip back told me it was going to the auction never ONCE in buying was that ever told to me. Yet they did the add ons and put gps in it????? I am embarrassed that I went down so many times had a constant beeping from the brake system let me sit in the lobby well over 5 hrs sent it to Toyota dealership gave me a loaner with a driver door that creaked when you opened and had a flat. Had to put me in another loaner. Lady sat beside me waited 2hrs 57 min for an oil change. I can say the Toyota dealership was professional. And I could go on wasted $5800 total WASTE very dishonest. Contactless BBB and will take a different route with this dealership. More

All I can say is wow, I brought my wife’s car in the dealership to get the regular routine maintenance and instantly I was greeted with wonderful customer service. Me as a person in sales look for thing dealership to get the regular routine maintenance and instantly I was greeted with wonderful customer service. The service department Starr if friendly and professional. They always take my car on time and let me know how long it will take to service it. If additional maintenance is needed, they always professional. They always take my car on time and let me know how long it will take to service it. If additional maintenance is needed, they always text me with list of service needed and the price of each service. Also Amanda comes and talks to me to tell me how long the work will take. She is always so helpful. More
