Having grown up in North Jersey, I went off to college and completed my Business Management Degree in 2006 from Lock Haven University. My upbringing has given me a natural ability to connect with our customers, especially those who share a passion for BMWs. My objective is to make the entire process enjoyable, ensuring that it is not only a pleasant buying experience but also an exceptional ownership journey. By eliminating any sense of typical car buying, I strive to create an atmosphere where purchasing a BMW is fun and leaves a lasting impression. This role allows me to be rewarded for my hard work while still having quality time with my family. Unlike Managing Enterprise Rental locations, where I often encountered people on their worst days, this position offers the opposite: clients visit me because they genuinely desire a BMW, making it a truly great day for them, and me!

Purchasing a car could not have been easier working with Scott. We had been referred to him by a friend who had recently purchased a car from him, and everything that they said about him was true! Scott was transparent, communicative and truly made this car buying experience one that was special. He was able to help trade in our existing car, and made every step of the process work for our busy schedules. While we did not set out to purchase a BMW on the day we walked into the dealer, we are so happy we did. I purchased a BMW E91 from BMW of West Chester with a dealer warranty, clean CarFax, and multiple dealer inspection reports—all claiming it was a reliable, well-maintained vehicle. I also worked there as dealer warranty, clean CarFax, and multiple dealer inspection reports—all claiming it was a reliable, well-maintained vehicle. I also worked there as a BMW Genius, so I trusted the process. Only after taking it home did it show serious drivability issues—vibrations during acceleration and a check engine light. The service department dismissed it, said “nothing’s wrong with the transmission,” and quoted me for an unrelated oxygen sensor. They changed the transfer case fluid and told me to drive it for 1,000 more miles. The issues continued, and after the warranty expired, I was suddenly told the car had “failing catalytic converters”, a “faulty torque converter”, and a “failing transmission”. When I asked for help earlier (while it was still under warranty), one manager said, “And you want me to pay for it?” I followed all maintenance protocols, asked all the right questions, and trusted the brand. Yet I was misled and left with a car I couldn’t use in the end. I wouldn’t recommend buying or servicing at this dealership. More
