Having grown up in North Jersey, I went off to college and completed my Business Management Degree in 2006 from Lock Haven University. My upbringing has given me a natural ability to connect with our customers, especially those who share a passion for BMWs. My objective is to make the entire process enjoyable, ensuring that it is not only a pleasant buying experience but also an exceptional ownership journey. By eliminating any sense of typical car buying, I strive to create an atmosphere where purchasing a BMW is fun and leaves a lasting impression. This role allows me to be rewarded for my hard work while still having quality time with my family. Unlike Managing Enterprise Rental locations, where I often encountered people on their worst days, this position offers the opposite: clients visit me because they genuinely desire a BMW, making it a truly great day for them, and me!

Another fantastic service appointment concluded with the vehicle back on the road after warranty work completed. This time around I worked with Joe, the service advisor, kept me informed on the progress an vehicle back on the road after warranty work completed. This time around I worked with Joe, the service advisor, kept me informed on the progress and made sure all my questions were answered. I also work with Frank in the service area. In the meantime, sales advisor Scott and manager Wilmer took me through several options regarding my next car. Very professional staff, comfortable waiting room and showroom. I always highly recommend both the Sales and Service teams at BMW of West Chester. I have had 10 BMWs over the years and always do business with this group. (Formally Ottos BMW). More

I purchased a pre owned certified X3 and I found the process to be mostly seamless. Working with Scott was a pleasure as he strives to make his clients happy and is responsive to questions and calls. I think for me personally I would prefer to have worked more in person as that is my comfort level but I found that a remote purchase overall was better than I expected. And my trade in process went smoothly as well. Would have appreciated some congrats on being a first time BMW over swag like a key chain or a tote / license plate holder. I purchased extended warranties so that kind of thank you goes a long way in feeling taken care of and a desire to purchase again. More

Purchasing a car could not have been easier working with Scott. We had been referred to him by a friend who had recently purchased a car from him, and everything that they said about him was true!
