We have gone to many dealerships and worked with many salespeople, and I can honestly say that Otto's BMW, and Scott Gately more specifically, is THE best that I have dealt with. Scott took the time to ask some questions and really understand what I was looking for, what was important to me (what's critical vs what's a nice to have, and what I definitely didn't want) and then did the research and came back to me with a car and a deal that fit exactly what we wanted. We have since bought 4 cars from Scott and every deal is equally as stress free and pleasant an experience that one could hope for. If you are looking for a BMW, there is only one place to go. He always try to make sure that we received everything we asked for and went above and beyond. I've never once had to wait very long for any car transaction. He always preped everything ahead of time. It was truly effortless to buy a car from Scott. 30 mins....I was out with my new BMW! Additionally, the after purchase services was always marvelous as well. Anytime when we had issues or questions with our cars, he was always there for us.
