I hate looking for a new car - because of many bad experiences with previous car purchases or leases. Therefore, it gives me pleasure to write this review for an outstanding experience. This is our se experiences with previous car purchases or leases. Therefore, it gives me pleasure to write this review for an outstanding experience. This is our second lease with Curtiss Ryan and Scott Glazer, and I doubt it will be our last. Scott is patient, thorough, friendly and guides you through the process with no pressure whatever. We came in "just looking" because our CR-V lease was about to expire, and within an hour Scott had completed the process to move us to a new Crosstour. He was previously recommended by friends who have been repeat customers of his for years, and I believe we will be also. The other nice differnce about this dealership is the fact that, unlike many other multi-nameplate dealers in the area, Curtis Ryan is Honda only and locally owned. A longtime presence in our community, and a good corporate citizen. Truly Honda specialists, which extends to their service department. I would recommend CR and Scott without reservations. More

We've purchased 5 -10 new cars over the years, and three Hondas. This most recent transaction might have been the single-best new car experience we've ever had. Scott Glazer was the reason. He is knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and customer-oriented. He is a good sales professional, but for all the right reasons: he listens, he doesn't push, and he offers suggestions. I am sure the dealership is very good, but frankly our entire experience was shaped by Scott - - and it was an excellent one. More

My wife and I had come to see a colour on a Honda Accord, but Scott had engaged us and although they did not have the vehicle in inventory with the colour, he did locate a few in the TriState area, this was but Scott had engaged us and although they did not have the vehicle in inventory with the colour, he did locate a few in the TriState area, this was something the Honda dealership closest to our home in Berlin did not even offer to do. After one of most enjoyable auto purchasing experiences, believe it, we bought that one visit. We had checked another Honda dealer as well as the Toyota dealer I had previously purchased 3 autos from. I strongly recommend Scott and the Curtis Ryan dealership. More

Our overall experience was very good working with Scott. He was knowledgeable about the car and features; he was able to provide pros and cons to the Nissan that we had also looked at. We felt he was trying to be fare in the price negotiation, and not just out to make every dollar he could. We also found the application process very easy and the rep was very friendly and helped us understand our options. More

I had excellent service in purchasing my vehicle at Curtiss Ryan Honda. Scott was really nice he was very patient and knowledible. When I went to pick up the car Scott sat with me and took the time to Curtiss Ryan Honda. Scott was really nice he was very patient and knowledible. When I went to pick up the car Scott sat with me and took the time to explain every feature on the car so when I left I knew how to use everything on the car. I thought the showroom was laid out very nicely everything was extremely organized the showroom was bright and sunny. Curtiss Ryan Honda goes the extra mile for the customer and they make it very easy to deal with the service department. You can go online and book your own appointment ahead of time they have very flexible service hours during the week and on weekends also they have a express oil change which means you can bring your car in and they do the oil change pretty quickly no appointment needed. Curtiss Ryan Honda has everything going for it they are the real deal. More
