This facility needs a total revamp.

First, the lack of clear and concise communication is problematic. Second, we were denied a rental right out the gate and our consultant was very accusatory and was xxxx bent on the idea that my Panamera, with only 6K miles, could not have total chassis failure without having been in an accident. It took almost 1 month for my vehicle to be repaired which was still under warranty. We should've have never been denied a rental. Third, no one answers the phone. Lastly, not sure what type of clientele this facility is used to dealing with but it felt like they give everyone run around and are skeptical of its customers. We'd never purchase a vehicle from the dealership again and we're already seeking a new Service Center for future needs.
