I got a call back from Clem who helped me understand and resolve the issue and also schedule me for an appt to have my car checked out. i also got a response from Mr Green as a follow up. I still think that this is a great dealership but would really prefer a prompt response or a better way like email to communicate with the staff about non emergent matters rather than having to call and leave a message and expect to hear back which also does not leave a paper trail

I had to wait longer than what was shared and still did not get car washed at the end. It would not have been so bad but rep did not inform me of the issue and I wasted an hour waiting. More
