Always courteous and professional. Loaner car is extremely helpful, as I live approximately 60 miles from the dealership. I appreciate you arranging with Lyft to take me back to the house. Great service. My only suggestion would be to let the customer know Lyft has to pick him/her up at the same location for the return trip. the house. Great service. Make the comment section optional, or at least do away with the 25 word minimum. More

This review is for the service manager, Jonathan Kahn and service advisor Scott Green with Porsche Atlanta Perimeter I was on my way to a doctors appointment a couple of weeks ago and about a mile from my service advisor Scott Green with Porsche Atlanta Perimeter I was on my way to a doctors appointment a couple of weeks ago and about a mile from my house I realized I something was wrong with my car. I stopped at the next stop sign and got out to take a look. Sure enough, I had a very flat tire. I called my doctor’s office to tell them I wouldn’t make it and limped my 2017 Porsche Macan back home. Then I called the dealership but was unable to get through. I left a message but no one called me back. (Apparently they had my son’s phone number listed first) Next, I called Porsche roadside assistance and they came out about an hour and a half later and picked up my car and took it to the dealership. However, by then the day was quickly getting away from me. I was feeling a bit panicky because I needed to get my car fixed as soon possible. Usually, my son helps me with these tasks but he was out of town. Also, my husband was leaving for business trip the next day so I was really concerned that I might be stranded. Anyway. I E-mailed the dealership’s service manager, Jonathan Hahn to tell him my problem. He immediately E-mailed me back and told me that he would check on my car. When he E-mailed me again he told me that he as well as the service adviser, Scott Green would both personally make sure that I got my car back that day. That evening when I got to the dealership Jonathan was there opening the door for me as I arrived. I’m pretty sure he didn’t do that just for me but at that moment it sure felt like it. My car was parked out in front and he personally escorted me to the cashier, telling me the car had been washed and was ready to go. I want to say that Jim Ellis has an amazing asset in Jonathan Kahn. He truly cares about his customers and it shows. Thank you Jonathan for your kind consideration. More

Very good experience day of service, appreciate the extra car wash. Did not have a good experience scheduling the appointment as I tried to schedule this over a few weeks, and I got the feeling that the d car wash. Did not have a good experience scheduling the appointment as I tried to schedule this over a few weeks, and I got the feeling that the dealdership did not really need my business : -- (1) called reception who transferred me to a voicemail of the service department; left a voicemail with a request for a call back - never got a call back. (2) Called back a couple of times, always went straight to voicemail. (3) Asked receptionist finally to warm-transfer me to someone, explained my ask, was told that my service representative would call me back to confirm appointment time - never got a call back. I had to call again to find out if the tires needed were in stock and if I could come in at a specific time (which finally happened). I was close to going to the other dealership, to be very honest. I heard a similar (bad) experience from another customer as I was waiting, with regards to her experience with maintenance/service. Hope this feedback helps. More
