It is appalling that a simple ignition switch replacement for 2013 cayenne comes in over 900. Ridiculous. I could have had it done for 350 elsewhere. I understand that you have to make money and the assump for 2013 cayenne comes in over 900. Ridiculous. I could have had it done for 350 elsewhere. I understand that you have to make money and the assumption is that anyone with Porsche can afford. But, that's not good approach. You charged new about 800 just for keys less once before. Is you wonder why people try to avoid dealers, here is perfect example in my mind. More

We had our first service for my wife’s Macan. We booked it online and I had two other issues that I needed addressed. Normally I deal with Tony Bentancourt as my service rep; he was not there during my last visit and I had Scott Green instead. Glad to know that no matter who I get, they are extremely professional, courteo he was not there during my last visit and I had Scott Green instead. Glad to know that no matter who I get, they are extremely professional, courteous, and informative. Scott took the time to explain what had been done, what needed to be done, and why. My overall 'comfort level' with the dealership increased knowing I'll get top service no matter who I deal with. Thanks! More

I wish I could rate less that 1 star. I would rate negative 5 stars. Service is ALWAYS poor. Took my vehicle was service and the inside was not vacuumed. I inquired about this, and they took the vehic negative 5 stars. Service is ALWAYS poor. Took my vehicle was service and the inside was not vacuumed. I inquired about this, and they took the vehicle back. I waited outside in the cold for 58 minutes (I timed it because I needed to be back at work). The vehicle came back not vacuumed. Asked to speak to the manager and he was very nonchalant and told me that they do not wash or vacuum vehicles. He told me that it was my responsibility to clean my own vehicle. Needless to say, I miss my Mercedes dealership and I will NEVER go back to this dealership! HORRIBLE. RUN. This was not my first horrible experience with this facility but my first time speaking out about it. I was giving them another chance. I have more to say for whoever will listen. Planning on reaching out to owner of this facility since management cannot even provide good customer service More
