i was told that it had had its major servicing done (which the spark plugs were done), but no expectation was set that a major service would be due w

It was major sticker shock ($2,400). when i called to schedule i was told it would just be oil change/top fluids, etc. and would take 1-2 hours. Instead, when i showed up, i was told the vehicle required an all day $2,400 service. This was a disconnect between the sales experience and then servicing (within the same location). The service tech said the right things, but the interaction felt aloof. I received a small discount because of raising my concerns, but i think either i should have been told up front what to expect within the next year, or i should have received a much more significant discount on the service. Prior to this interaction i was recommending this location for sales and service.
