DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE So my first experience with Schumacher Subaru was about 10 months ago when I leased the Subaru WRX. There were some slight kinks but they quickly were smoothed over by the very competent Finance guy Dwight, Jesse and Management. Jesse was our salesman and I cannot say enough good things about him. Nice, no "airs" about him, really genuine, smart and super knowledgeable. It was because of him and mostly his knowledge that sold us completely. So fast forward to a few days ago, I am back in the market for an SUV. Really was liking the VW Atlas. Went to Gunther VW Delray. They shook on a deal they could not come threw on and tried to screw me over. Was so disappointed. Left an honest review on dealerater and Joe Gunther the IV attacked my husband and me personally in response with insults. Couldn't believe it. So glad it did not work out with them and realized after returning to Jesse at Subaru, I made a very big mistake wasting my time at Gunther VW in Delray. Jesse helped me again and got me in a better vehicle than the Atlas!! So happy! Thank you Jesse and Subaru Finance/Management for making it worth my time to be there! Side note, I also noticed on some not so great reviews (not many) that Schumacher Management responds to customers with respect, class and professionalism. Thank you! I really like seeing that Schumacher team. More

Everyone I dealt with was kind, informative and not pushy which is the complete opposite of many dealerships. My salesman Scott Gregory was wonderful and made us feel like family. He went above and beyond to make sure I got my very special 2018 Subaru Outback 3.6R. They had to bring the car down from their north location and Scott kept me informed every step of the way. I was undecided whether to buy or lease and she was most helpful in my decision making process. I went into the dealership bright and early on Monday morning and was lucky to have met Scott Gregory. He alleviated all my fears and answered all my questions honestly. He walked me through the entire process with ease and confidence. I recommend Scott without reservation. He is a genuinely nice person and I am sure he is kind to everyone he deals with as he was to me. That is who he is and Schumacher Subaru are lucky to have him and Colleen in their company.
