I am also very internet savvy and don't like the traditional experience. We worked with Scott Hamilton. He was OUTSTANDING. First, he showed as much respect to my wife as he did to me. This was refreshing given we had visited another dealer prior who insulted her as the "little lady" despite the fact I said SHE was buying the car! Second, I am very anal and particular, Scott patiently answered my questions and showed he cared about "what I cared about", no matter how small the issue. That level of service and attentiveness is something you rarely see. Both my wife and I have large corporate jobs and our expectations are pretty high. The experience we received from Scott and the Hennessy Porsche team was terrific. Third, there wasn't any of this back and forth stuff you often see. We went one round of negotiating and it was done. We are so happy we finally got this type of car and had a great buying experience. It is a special car and you want the overall experience to be special. Finally, and this is HUGE. Scott answers your questions and is helpful AFTER you close the deal and buy the car. It makes you feel like you actually have a level of relationship for such a big purchase. So net, net...this is what car buying should be. Having owned Land Rovers, and BMW.......I am now sold on Porsche not just because of the car...but because of Scott and Hennessy! More
