I’m on my 3’d consecutive lease with a 2021 Rouge. Great car and sales department. I was very unsatisfied with my service during this visit. Firstly I had to take it upon myself to call to check on the status of my diagnostic testing. I dropped my vehicle off at 10am and I wasn’t notifi Firstly I had to take it upon myself to call to check on the status of my diagnostic testing. I dropped my vehicle off at 10am and I wasn’t notified the “problem” until 3. Secondly, I brought my vehicle into be serviced for a recall. The “fixed” recall was returned worse the original condition. Thirdly, I was brought my car in for a problem with my intelligent key system error. They say something is wrong with my transmission. What does the car key have to do with the transmission. I don’t understand it and was not explain. Nothing is wrong with me transmission. In conclusion, I had to pay $175 just for them to tell me some BS. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! More
