Great professionals at Napoli Nissan. Frank Acampora prepared all the paperwork over the phone and computer on Friday. Went on Monday signed all the papers to purchase my vehicle with Scott and was in prepared all the paperwork over the phone and computer on Friday. Went on Monday signed all the papers to purchase my vehicle with Scott and was in and out in 30 minutes. Will definitely be back for new car in the future. More

Had a minivan that broke down so I purchased another large vehicle with 3rd row seating because I needed it for my business and my family of 6. The vehicle I purchased needed a new engine after 2 days. large vehicle with 3rd row seating because I needed it for my business and my family of 6. The vehicle I purchased needed a new engine after 2 days. They never got me a comparable car to drive in the meantime. I spoke to the GM who said everything would be taken care of as I had been given a hertz rental that at least had the space I needed for my business which they were trying to make me give back and I needed. 4 days later I received a message that I needed to bring the rental back and they put me in a 4 door car that absolutely doesn’t work for my business or family of 6. More
