I am mostly happy with Luther Nissan. They have always treated me with respect and I always trust a dealership when getting service for a car that is sold by the dealership. After the sale and upon looking at the sales Documentation I was little dismayed at some of the additional charges that I incurred that became a part of the loan. service was wonderfull. service was fast and the staff in service were all kind.. the problem I had was on the sales floor, while waiting I went to the showrrom to see what i service was fast and the staff in service were all kind.. the problem I had was on the sales floor, while waiting I went to the showrrom to see what is new to me , maybe going to trade. I am dicussing the Kick with a dark skined gentleman and a person came in to the building and the receptionist ask for a sales person and the gentleman walked away from me to wait on the new person, this was so RUDE, I said something to the receptionist and she just looked at me. I went outside to cool down and found your new SELTOS and wanted to drive and get more info so went inside and was looking for the info on the car and Scott Holerud help me he is a kind man and if it wasn't for him I dont think I would come back, because of the gentleman the walked away from me. More
