When it was my time to lease a vehicle he suggested I talk to Scott. I was very impressed as well and found him to be knowledgeable and especially tuned in to our concerns and questions. He went out of his way to bring us to the car in another lot just so we could see the actual color we were considering (we had already decided to go with the car). This effort on his part sold me on his desire to please the customer and not just make a sale. Great job Scott!! Also Jamie Groth was very friendly and helpful in explaining the lease and the associated components, I was pleased with the experience and would come back to Luther Nissan Kia in Inver Grove Heights for another vehicle!! Nissan murano service engine light I walked in and was immediately greeted and helped. The employee that helped me was very fast talking. I had no idea what half it ment. I then was told so and so was doing my work on the car and he would get in touch with me. I told them what I thought was wrong. They then called me at 845 that night and told me it a transfer case. And it would cost 2200. To fix it. Out of pocket. I have only 94,000 miles on my 07 Nissan murano. I am not able to put such money in a car or will I. Ugh. Thought my vehicle would last longer. More

It is nice to know you can get two things fixed for 100.00 I brought our Altima in for wheel sensor light and a rattle. The Service writer and the Mechanic met me and got the car in the shop. I went to the floor room and asked about the leaf. Scott took me out to test drive one. Great experience, Loved the test drive, Got back and our car was finished for under 100.00. Adam in the service department listens, explains, understands and is trustworthy, this was the main reason when it came time for me to purchase a new car that I would purchase it from Luther Kia Nissan in Inver Grove. My experience in purchasing my new Nissan Sentra went excellent. My salesman Scott Holerud was very nice, answered all my questions, was not pushy and did not make me nervous it was a very nice and comfortable experience. Jamie in Finance was wonderful to deal with, she explained everything to me, nice and friendly. My car buying experience was excellent I appreciate that so much, it is so nice to deal with such wonderful people who care about the customer, from Adam in the service department, Scott H. in sales department and Jamie in the finance department.
