He went out of his way to bring us to the car in another lot just so we could see the actual color we were considering (we had already decided to go with the car). This effort on his part sold me on his desire to please the customer and not just make a sale. Great job Scott!! I then was told so and so was doing my work on the car and he would get in touch with me. I told them what I thought was wrong. They then called me at 845 that night and told me it a transfer case. And it would cost 2200. To fix it. Out of pocket. I have only 94,000 miles on my 07 Nissan murano. I am not able to put such money in a car or will I. Ugh. Thought my vehicle would last longer. More

It is nice to know you can get two things fixed for 100.00 I brought our Altima in for wheel sensor light and a rattle. The Service writer and the Mechanic met me and got the car in the shop.
