We were looking to lease a vehicle and Scott answered all of our questions in regard to leasing vs buying a vehicle, and listed all of our options. We were given the opportunity to test drive a new 2014 KIA Optima and fell in love with it. Scott walked us through the entire process, from start to finish. He introduced us to Eric, who handled the financing, great guy by the way, good luck on your weight loss contest, and then gave my wife and I a demonstration of how all the computerized options worked. Scott is a true professional and a true asset to Luther KiA. Scott played a big role in our making a decision to lease. He's very personable, honest, and Scott is able to build a comfort level between the customer and the Sales Representative very quickly. There was no anxiety, just excitement on the part of my wife and I, that we just received a great deal from Luther Kia, and that Scott Holerud played a very big part in that. Excellent experience with Scott H., Raul T., and Neil H. Everybody was very professional and kind. Never felt one bit of pressure or being hurried to make a decision. Always waited for me and my husband to discuss and ultimately come to the decision to buy the Sportage. Neil even helped me get the red I wanted!! He got a hold of Scott Holerud to help us and he was equally pleasant and addressed all our needs pertaining to the car wanted to lease.David kept checking in to make sure all our needs were being addressed. We met Raul Tirado who helped us with all the financial aspect of our lease. These three fine men made our experience at Luther a wonderful one.
