We leased a 2013 Kia Soul (also had a 2011 leased Soul) and the first oil change was included in the deal. Made an appointment, I was on time, your service people completed the work on time, everything and the first oil change was included in the deal. I have either purchased or leased 6 Nissans from Luther Nissan Kia for our family which resides 85 miles from the dealership. I called the dealership and wanted to talk to Mike Jung, I was told that he was no longer working at the dealership and had moved to another Luther dealership so I asked to talk with the sales manager. I t I was told that he was no longer working at the dealership and had moved to another Luther dealership so I asked to talk with the sales manager. I talked with Jerry Simon and explained that I had purchased two other Nissan Murano's from Luther and had dealt Mike Jung. I told him what I was looking for and he said that he would get back to me with what was availabe and an approximate price. He called me back and gave me a price and said they didn't have the color I was looking for in stock but he was sure they could find something. I called the next day in the AM and said that I would like to come in and discuss the price and what was availabe. I arrived about noon and met with Jerry, He introduced me to Scott Holerud. Both of the guys seems nice but I was unsure if I would be treated the same as how Mike Jung treated me. Well I have to say after the purchase I should have never doubted the ability of both there gentlemen. Yes buying a new vehicle is painful (parting with the $$) but it was a very nice experience and there two guys did and great job dealing with me. Scott spent a very long time explaining all of the features of my 2014 Murano. Jerry, Scott and Luther Nissan hit a home run with me again. Luther and the guys are 3 for 3. I first brought my car in to Luther Nissan thinking they would be able to fix my car, since they are the Nissan experts. While the customer service was not lacking, I was very unhappy that I paid thousands would be able to fix my car, since they are the Nissan experts. While the customer service was not lacking, I was very unhappy that I paid thousands of dollars to get something "fixed" and 3 days later my vehicle had the same issue. This resulted in me needing a tow back to the dealer. Six days later, my car was ready for pick-up again. The issue was fixed so I came to get my car and the door handle was broken off!! I was so upset but would not drive it off the lot without filing a report for the service manager. There is a plan in place to fix the door but the part that bothers me is why didn't anyone report breaking my door handle? This makes me lose trust in the dealer and if they truly did fix it this time, I will not be bringing my car back in the future. Side note, it was really hard to reach folks when I had to return a call. More

Our experience was wonderful. Other times we have looked for a vehicle it was alot of work and not fun at all. This was not like that at all. I have no complaints at all. This experience was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had my last Nissan serviced here and the friendliness and professionalism of the service staff led me to consider buying a car here. I ever had.
