The people at the counter were really not friendly at all. You could tell they did not want to be there. It took 2 hours for an oil change.. I'd rather have paid the $100 on the corner. The service staff and service manager were very helpful, they also assisted with making sure my truck was completed and the payment was taken care of under the warranty.
