Received my truck back and found grease spots in numerous areas. The quarter panel where a mechanic leaned into motor area was all smudged and dirty. Also found a new scratch on the back quarter panel that areas. The quarter panel where a mechanic leaned into motor area was all smudged and dirty. Also found a new scratch on the back quarter panel that was not there when it was brought in. This truck is a 2017 with only 15K miles on it and I know every each of it. Was very dissatisfied given I bought this truck from this dealer. More

Worst served ever. it took me 3 weeks to booked an appointment and another 2 weeks and still did not get done, i had to pick up my truck without the technician even tak it took me 3 weeks to booked an appointment and another 2 weeks and still did not get done, i had to pick up my truck without the technician even take a look at it. everyone at customer service was like that is normal and not even care about a customer horrible horrible experience and we bough 4 trucks from you guys. never again and i will tell everyone about my experience.
