Lifetime free oil changes, which is great. Took my Volt in for an oil change. I live over half an hour away. Asked the guy if they could please charge my car and he said yes. Got it back with 4 miles of electricity - maybe 15 minutes of charging? They also rotated the tires and a lug nut broke off resulting in a loud horrible grating sound that got increasingly worse. Should have turned around right after getting car. Had to drive back 2 days later and wait 2 hours. More

I went to have recall work done on the car. I made an appointment and check-in was quick. There were a lot of cars there for service, so I really appreciated the Quality employee who met inco I made an appointment and check-in was quick. There were a lot of cars there for service, so I really appreciated the Quality employee who met incoming cars and showed them where to park and where to check in. After my service ticket was written up, a Quality shuttle took me home. Several hours later, I was called and told that the work was done. I asked for a shuttle pickup and one arrived a bit later. Attentive service personnel, a friendly shuttle driver, and a pretty quick service turnaround all made for a professional and pleasant experience. More
