They helped us find the exact car that we wanted with the options and color that we wanted. We had specific options (like massage chairs), and we had limited what colors we wanted as well, so finding the exact car wasn’t too easy. However, Scott and Stacey were able to find it for us. They sent us the photos and build sheet of the vehicle and we were able to agree on a fair price for the vehicle over the phone. We arrived at the dealership the next day, and they already had the car charged for us, detailed, and cleaned up before we arrived. Scott spent amble time explaining all of the cars various features and helped sync our phones as well. In addition, Allen helped set up our Mercedes Me app, and explained to us how to add/remove payment options and as well as how to operate the Mercedes me app. He was very helpful. Stacey helped ensure our paperwork Was being processed quickly, and in conjunction with Scott, they helped us get in and out quickly. Ted, in finance, was very efficient, professional, and helpful. He answered all of our questions and didn’t try to push any extra services we didn’t need. He also emailed the copies of our documents to us. We are very happy with the professionalism and efficiency of everyone at Mercedes Benz of Arcadia. We will be back for our next car and will definitely refer others to them. More
