After describing the custom ordered truck I was looking for, I was told that Rich Gniadek would be the gentleman most qualified for my particular needs. I knew my truck would take a couple months to build, but I also didn't want to place an order and not hear back for 2-3 months. Rich called me every two weeks and gave me an update.
