Excellent process but a major fee was not mentioned. This was an end-of-lease purchase. The car was never even looked at but I got charged $795 for a "Predelivery Service Charge." Other than that, everything else was fine. I did think the 5.79% interest rate was a little high considering my Credit Score is 843 (TransUnion). More
