Just Bought a New 2013 Rav4, I can't say Enough Great things about this dealership! My salesman Scott LaVancher, is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells, and He did a Great job of explaining all things about this dealership! I have always been impressed with the service personel ,when I would bring my Daughters 2005 Camry in for service they never tried to sell me something I didn't need. We drove onto your lot on a mission. Our goal was to find a reasonably priced used work truck. Within a minute or two, Scott was there to offer answers to any questions we had, but without the usual hard sal a reasonably priced used work truck. Within a minute or two, Scott was there to offer answers to any questions we had, but without the usual hard sale tactics of other sales personnel we have dealt with at other dealerships in former car purchases. After discussing pricing on used vehicles, we quickly realized that with Scott's knowledge of your inventory, the product and the benefits of owning it, suddenly we were considering New instead of Used. He actually listened to what we stated our needs were (which after visiting several other dealerships we found to be a rarity). We had specific requirements on financing and payments we were willing to agree on. In the end, after seeing the value, we asked Scott to show us a New Toyota Tundra, no frills, strictly a truck that would meet our needs for the industry we are in. It took him less than ten minutes, going over every detail of the vehicle attributes and warranty to sell us on the idea of purchasing new. He was also certain he and your finance department would be able to accommodate our needs. However, I am a hard sale. I told him we were still looking around at other dealerships and would be back in touch with him. Ultimately, it was his mannerism, follow through, personality and belief in your product that brought back to Wesley Chapel Toyota. Not only did he show us every reason we should purchase this quality vehicle from your dealership, he made us genuinely like him as a person. The rest of your staff, each person and department were very professional, quick to take care of us and made us feel that we were old friends. Everyone we spoke to seems to have high regard for their fellow associates and belief in their ability to take care of your new and returning customers. I will highly recommend your dealership. More

I contacted Scott and let him know what I was looking for in a vehicle. Scott let me know what he had on the lot and if there was something that they didn't have he would locate it. We have always had a very positive experience at this dealership (both in sales, service, and parts). We have never felt any pressure to purchase a vehicle. We recently purchased a brand new vehicle- our 2nd from this dealership. My only regret is that we did not find this dealership (and our salesman, Scott Lavancher) sooner! Everyone seems to go out of their way to make for a positive experience. Scott goes above and beyond what you would normally expect in a car salesman. He worked very patiently with us- answering text messages almost immediately, sending additional pictures of vehicles, and even offering to to drive a car to our house! I would definitely recommend this dealership and have recommended to friends and family to go see Scott when they are looking for a new car. More

The Wesley Chapel Toyota dealer was the first and last place I went to look for a new car: I was feeling lost when I’d heard that it would cost me $3000 to fix my old car transmission. It was about 4:00 place I went to look for a new car: I was feeling lost when I’d heard that it would cost me $3000 to fix my old car transmission. It was about 4:00 pm Thursday afternoon and I needed to move fast . I’ve had a rental car for a couple of days now and needed to find myself a new car very fast. I’ve always wanted a Toyota so I went straight across the street to the Toyota dealer and by 5:30 Pm I’d found my new car that fit my budget and was signing all the necessary papers. Scott , also known as “Scooter”(I still don’t know how he got that nickname, by the way) did a phenomenal job that day.He was extremely friendly and understanding. The pre-owned 2010 Toyota Corolla he found for me was priced just right. Scott told me that I could not find a better price anywhere on the internet and even if I did, they would gladly match it. Well, my very good friend did try her best for hours the next day trying to find a better deal on the internet. She admitted at the end that it was priced at a very competitive price! I would like to tell anyone who is looking for a new car that they will be blown away by the welcoming atmosphere and superior service that the Wesley Chapel Toyota dealer offers.
