My car fills gets a ton of water inside whenever it rains. When brought it to his attention, his response was “there is no smell!” I have him on video each time I went and can hear our convo clear as day. Scott Lewis is a xxx and karma WILL get him and his family one day.. this man isn’t just ugly on the outside but the inside as well. Buyers beware, please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. More

Scott Lewis (GM), Zachary Eaton (pre-owned mgr.) and Keith Jafri provided great service. Zachary met with us to determine what we were looking for including price range and vehicle condition. He brought in two Ford Edges matching what we were looking for both in price and feature set. Zachary was very responsive and easy to work with. Scott Lewis worked with us in some of the high end details including trade in value. Scott was fair and easy to work with. Keith walked us through all the steps in the Sales process. Post sales he spent all the time needed regarding final open item details and provided a great overview of the features of the Edge. Overall a great team effort. poor customer service. service advisor jack dropped the ball when it came to repair. I was supposed to get rim repair which rim wasn't 100% complete. brought it to jacks at service advisor jack dropped the ball when it came to repair. I was supposed to get rim repair which rim wasn't 100% complete. brought it to jacks attention which he confirmed. was told that they would need to hold my car for 2 additional days to fix repair. jack told me my car was ready and fixed. when car got dropped off it came with same scratch I confirmed with jack. then after confronting them about it they tried to gaslight me and said it was a different wheel. confirmed that it was the same wheel in question. reached out to general manager for apology. Scott wasn't apologetic at all despite me being in the right. he is willing to pay for the repair but isn't willing to pay for the rental during the downtime for the repair nor willing to provide a loaner. More
