Major Service on Ford Explorer Track Spoke with Dan Abate about service on our Ford Track. Dan Reviewed the major issues and made recommendation on what should be completed first and add Spoke with Dan Abate about service on our Ford Track. Dan Reviewed the major issues and made recommendation on what should be completed first and additional work for future. Dan was professional, knowledgeable and so easy to speak with about the issues and his concerns. Dan gave a a estimate of cost for total completion of services and when service was completed Dan was right on the monies. My experience with the services dept was excellent and would be back in the future. In addition our Daughter Purchased a Ford Edge and would like to Thanks Scott Lewis for his expertise and assistance in making that purchase easier then we though it would be. Again, thanks for making both Service and Purchase and easy process for the customers. More

Great experience got even better! I bought my truck in July of 2013. Loved it then and I still do. The truck had been hit on their lot, although it had been fixed and discounted prior I bought my truck in July of 2013. Loved it then and I still do. The truck had been hit on their lot, although it had been fixed and discounted prior to my purchasing it. This fact they were honest about right from the beginning. However, within 6 months, the paint where it had been hit began to crack and discolor. When I brought it back so that the General Manager, Scott Lewis could take a look at it, he immediately agreed to have their service department repaint it at no cost to me. To be quite honest, I really didn't expect this kind of service nine months after I purchased this vehicle from them. It goes to show you that they are willing to stand behind what they sell and furthermore, go far beyond what is expected from them to keep a patron happy. THANK YOU guys for going those extra miles! It may be a while before I need another truck, but I know where I will come to buy it… NOT TO MENTION all the people I'm going to tell about my wonderful experience!!! I have had a great experience both buying and leasing with Herb Chambers Ford. The staff was helpful explaining my options so I could decide what would work best for me. Every single interaction with Herb Chambers ford was totally exasperating. They were dishonest at every step of the way. THey continually made promises ("the car will be ready by 2pm tomorrow") they t totally exasperating. They were dishonest at every step of the way. THey continually made promises ("the car will be ready by 2pm tomorrow") they then didnt keep- when I pointed this out to them, they said "oh, xyz happened so we coudlnt keep to our schedule"...but dont make promises that you cant keep! They were also VERY disorganized in their customer service. They forgot to refund me my deposit until I bugged them, they forgot my second set of keys, and they forgot to put the owners manual in the new car I bought. Lastly, after I wrote a really exasperated email to scott lewis the manager, he had the nerve to tell me that the issue was MY attitude, and not their incompetence and dishonesty. Here are some of their broken promises: -"we will have all 3 cars you want to look at by 2pm tomorrow" (though some cars were across the state -"we will fedex you the keys and the owners manual tomorrow" (didnt get them for 3 more days) -Forgot to issue my refund on my deposit until I bugged them -"you will be in and out in 30 minutes when you buy the car" (took 4 hours) -"you are the next one to do your paperwork" (3 other guys in line) What really topped it off for me was that not only were they incompetent, they acted as if I was the unreasonable one when I asked them to stick to the promises they had made.
