It all started with a simple courtesy text from Dave, asking me if I was interested in a vehicle at his dealership. He was prompt, cordial, and very friendly. He called me when he realized he couldn’t find the keys just to make sure I didn’t arrive at the dealership to find nothing to test drive. I knew he was honest just from that simple interaction. Dave also is a great listener and he took the time to understand my family needs. He tried to fit me in the right price range and made sure all of my questions were fully answered. Nothing about him felt unauthentic. He helped work on the numbers and examined by trade in evaluation and was meticulous with the entire process. I love how he doesn’t cut corners or rushes you into a deal. He has been great. Yesterday, my car check engine light came on and it was unfortunately on a Sunday when the dealership was closed. Dave answered my texts immediately and made me feel at ease. He is incredible and has continue to do all he can to ensure my car buying experience and huge financial investment is something we can stand behind 100%. The salesperson went out of his way to help me purchase the traverse I was looking for in the color I wanted. The only one available was at a dealership in Virginia.
