Amazing! !! Lacie was awesome. I was treated with kindness and respect. Jeff who did my financing couldn't have more nice. My whole ordeal with very pleasant. !! Lacie was awesome. Buying a car is usually the most stressful experience and long drawn out day. Not at Koons. I came in at 9:30 and out before noon. Couldn't have asked for more. Dont buy if you are from out of state. Takes forever to get registration. April never calls back and will leave you waiting even after the temporary tag they issue is expired. $800 in doc Takes forever to get registration. The service I received was excellent.
