I am one of the cool kids now! Marcus was polite, not pushy. If he was, I would have walked away. I had already decided (two years ago) to reward myself with a Mercedes. Absolutely Amazing! My husband and I came to Mercedes Benz Manhattan with high expectations. We wanted to purchase a 2015 C63 AMG Sport. We were fortunate enough to work My husband and I came to Mercedes Benz Manhattan with high expectations. We wanted to purchase a 2015 C63 AMG Sport. We were fortunate enough to work with John Hart who is exceptional. He always made the experience extremely personal and always made sure we were happy. He really spent the time to get to know us and what our expectations were. We wanted a White Exterior, with a Red Interior with Carbon Fiber, and John was able to get us exactly the car we were looking for. This was our first car together, and the Mercedes Benz team really made it a special memory for my husband and I. They took the time to unveil the car to my husband and I. This has been the best dealership I have worked with in terms of purchasing a new car. John always made himself available to answer every question we had. The dealership itself is one of a kind, and it's worth going there. They even spent a good hour teaching me all the new technology in the car instead of pushing my questions to the drivers manual; it was really impressive and personal. I highly recommend purchasing the car there, and working with John Hart. I'm looking forward to the next car purchase in a few years :-) More

He is AMAZING! My wife and I met with Gary Mann few weeks ago and I can say that this was the best experience that I have ever had with a salesman. He is very friendly and realistic in what he thought would fit our needs. We met him several times and each time he was very patient and explained everything in detail to us (I am sure we probably repeated some of the same questions!). He provided us with a lot of information but most of all, with a feeling that we were with friends. He is very honest in what he could do for us in terms of pricing and when I looked online after the visits, he was right, he had given us the best deal we could have hoped for. I did have followup discussions with Scott Malise, the financial manger, and he too was very accommodating to our needs and again, we got the "friends" treatment. Pairing the best car with the best service, you will not be disappointed. More
