At the start of my new car buying experience, i encountered several individuals from various dealerships to learn more about certain vehicles. I have never encountered someone as helpful as Gary Kl encountered several individuals from various dealerships to learn more about certain vehicles. I have never encountered someone as helpful as Gary Klein. From the very start, he was attentive, responsive, courteous, and professional. He asked what i was looking for, listened to my preferences, and began full force on the process. It couldn't have been any smoother. Once i decided on the vehicle of my choice, i was introduced to Scott Malise for all finance details. Just like Gary, Scott was a master. He couldnt have been any more helpful and seemed to truly care about making my car buying experience enjoyable. It was an extremely painless process. He went over all the details thoroughly, made sure they were all up to my standards, and i was on my way. All in all, these two gentlemen were a breath of fresh air in such a competitive industry. Many times, one can get "taken for a ride" or be swindled by the average car salesman. Nothing about these two says "average". My experience was truly enjoyable from start to finish. I would have no problem in recommending either of these two to anyone that i know that is in the market for a new vehicle. I myself, will absolutely be coming back to deal with Gary Klein and Scott Malise in the future. More

Victor and Scott both made my car buying process very easy and enjoyable. The trade-in and purchase process was seamless. He was the best! Scott worked with me on selecting the accessories and delivered everything he promised. He summarized everything so that I could understand what I was buying and even gave me a few extras that he knew I needed. At 65 years of age, I have never had a more pleasurable experience spending my money, and that is the absolute truth! From the start Gary, Scott, Anthony and Daniel made me and my wife feel as if we had known them all of our lives, as if we were family. These four individuals clearly understood what we wanted and accomplished what no dealership could, they were remarkable. We executed the transaction on Thursday and we drove our new E350 4Matic coupe right out of the showroom on Friday! My wife and I went to Mercedes to look at the ML350 - I had been looking for a new SUV for over a year and a half. We met Jeffrey and he immediately understood what we was looking and what are need were. A few minutes latter we were sitting down searching for a car. The entire process took two weeks and the end result exceeded all of my expectations. Scott handled my trade-in which required a significant amount of detail as the title was in my father's name who is deceased. Scott understood the sentimental connection I had with my car and made the process very easy. Jeff and Scott when above and beyond, installing a custom entertainment system and the wood steering wheel (which they had originally told me was on back order and would not be available for two months) prior to pickup ... which was done with a level of class and style (car was covered under a sheet and a sign was printed congratulating me) that still makes me smile. I love my car - my family loves the car - and I have no doubt that I will be continuing to work with Jeff and Scott for many years. More
