Upon arriving at Treasure Coast Lexus I was pleasantly greeted by Scott. Told him what I was looking for and he showed me some cars that met what I was looking for. Scott was quick to return my call and anxious for us to come to the dealership for a test drive. We set an appointment and he was very good at communicating with us phone and text. Scott was product knowledgeable and anxious to help. Being that it was 12/31/2020 finance was backed up, which after a 2 hour wait was almost a deal killer. Once we were in with the finance guy things went fast, seemlessly and yes, we did purchase the extended warranty. Scott did a great job! He is friendly, a people person. We were worried about having to negotiate a new lease, buy a new or used car, or just buy our current vehicle, and the time it would take during this Covid19 pandemic. We were pleased to see Carlton and S buy a new or used car, or just buy our current vehicle, and the time it would take during this Covid19 pandemic. We were pleased to see Carlton and Scott wearing masks and maintaining social distancing. Carlton was very efficient. He showed us the vehicles that met our needs both physically and financially. The showroom was spotless and airy, and contributed to easing our Covid fears. Everyone we encountered was gracious and so polite.
