I went to coulter Nissan today just to browse their pre owned car selection and had the EASIEST and FLAWLESS experience ever. Robert “Bobby” Torres was our sales rep and was very thorough. We ended up purchasing a 2022 Armada and couldn’t be happier. Scott McGee is the sales manager and he came out and helped guide us through the purchasing process. He even assisted in trading in our 2004 suburban!! When we moved to financing, Justin Marcum a finance manager, was able to help us understand all extended warranties and it didn’t feel like an upsell! I previously purchased my 2016 Nissan rouge from a coulter Nissan and was so satisfied with that experience that I came back years later! I would recommended coulter Nissan to anyone who is in the market for either a new or pre owned car!! From their exceptional service when you’re purchasing a vehicle to the service advisors, Coulter Nissan does not compare!! More

Please, avoid them at all costs. What an abysmal experience this turned out to be - terrible through and through after multiple attempts (on my part) to ensure a listing was correct What an abysmal experience this turned out to be - terrible through and through after multiple attempts (on my part) to ensure a listing was correct and on the lot. Both times the truck was being used as a fleet/demo vehicle. Furthermore, nowhere on the listing was that mentioned. The folks at this dealership also showed no signs of competency and disorganization from top to bottom. From the salesman (Rich who kept bothering me while I was in the hospital) to the manager (who tried to blame me for the truck not being there, despite being scheduled) to the dweeb in F&I and the internet salesman (Cheyenne) who didn't bother to doublecheck the truck was on the lot on the day of the appointment. Then they backtracked on the discounts on the listing trying to blame it on a computer error despite it being up from before Dec 31st to Jan 20nd (conveniently on the day of my scheduled test drive). Jok was chill though and could read the room in understanding my frustration. More

I always enjoy going to Coulter Nissan on North Autoshow Ave in Surprise, Arizona. They are always nice, warm and friendly. This time was to purchase a new 2024 Nissan Frontier King Cab S model. Jok Majak the internet sales manager helped me out a lot and got me a great deal on this truck and thanks also to Scott McGhia the general sales manager there got me even a super deal. The new truck is awesome and more. The facility is always clean and squared away. Sure of course I'll be back because I also got a great service contract.
