Disappointed that they couldn't find me a loaner after having my car for over 3 weeks. There was also a lack of any updates on when I would be able to get my car. Took mini in for oil change and check engine light at 8am, at 3pm they still hadn’t started working on car and told me it wouldn’t be ready until the next day.
