Very good experience. I was able to research details online and see many photos. Then Taylor sent a video and talked us through the features. My wife and I knew many things about the car before actually online and see many photos. Then Taylor sent a video and talked us through the features. My wife and I knew many things about the car before actually seeing it at the dealership. Time was a challenge to get to the dealership but when we finally made it on a rainy night and Mitch gave us a good test drive. Having a trade in is not fun; never seem to get much. However, the rest of the experience was very good. We made another late trip to make the purchase and Taylor had the vehicle ready and we closed a deal in less than an hour believe it or not.
