After 4 major dealerships on Long Island I was happy dealing with Novak Motors and salesman Gabe. Their inventory looks brand NEW. Huge indoor show room. No dealership fee, only doc fee of $175 plus dealing with Novak Motors and salesman Gabe. Their inventory looks brand NEW. Huge indoor show room. No dealership fee, only doc fee of $175 plus DMV. Listed price is ACTUAL. Lifetime drive train warrantee, no hassle 7 day exchange policy was NO HASSLE. I exchanged a beautiful Ram for a Jeep after realizing it was not practical for me. Only paid the difference in price and tax. Was pleasantly surprised. I have been telling all of my friends about Novak. PS, I normally dont write reviews. More

The process was easy, simple, honest, and an excellent deal. I was not passed around to a million people like in other dealerships. Scott who sold me the car was awesome. Novak motors had a great indoor showroom to view the vehicles I was interested in. It was a comfortable and an inviting atmosphere. Their lifetime powertrain warranty had a huge impact on my decision wi vehicles I was interested in. It was a comfortable and an inviting atmosphere. Scott the salesman who helped me was extremely helpful and made the whole process seamless. Scott was very transparent about the buying process and throughly explained and answered all my questions. Even when the purchase was completed Scott made himself available for further questions and details I inquired about. Overall, my wife and I had a great experience and plan to be returning customers. We would love to work with Scott again in the future. More
