Worst customer service experience ever I have just purchased a 110k 2017 Acura NSX from Scott N and the deal was, he will arrange the shipping for me so i can get the car before the weekend I have just purchased a 110k 2017 Acura NSX from Scott N and the deal was, he will arrange the shipping for me so i can get the car before the weekend. As i had send the dealership the cashier check along with the fedex confirmation, he has been ignoring my phone calls and text messages till i had lest a voicemail saying i would like to cancel this transaction as my experience with him has nothing but not pleasant. He called me back in less than 5 mins. He still hasnt made any shipping arrangement and keep insisting me on calling his contacts to arrange the shipping. I understand every one has to make money but this is just shady. I cant even talk to an actual manager even though i tried to reach out to them via facebook. More

This is my second vehicle purchased at this location and lucky me, run into the same sales person that sold me the first one Scott Najjar. He was very helpful and informative the 1st time and even better the second time around. The first sales person that I've ever encountered that did not pressured me just to make a sale. He took his time answering all of my questions, gave me time to think about my options and took his time looking for the best finance available that suited my needs. Even after purchasing my vehicle he is still available to answer any questions I might have. Overall this is by far the best sales experience and would greatly recommend Scott Najjar to anyone that is looking for a stress free vehicle purchase. More
