Unfortunately after purchasing out new Nissan in Wesley Chapel , out return maintenance visits for oil change etc. was never pleasant. Their customer care and service was lacking. So we decided we would not give them anymore of our business. My husband did his research and we ended up going to Ferman of NPR. Tracy was our salesperson and Scott was our finance guy. The entire experience including their sales manager was excellent.. no games just honesty . They knew what we wanted and they went above and beyond to earn our business that day.. I will definitely return here for our next car purchase;) More

In fact, a few months later I went back out to see Chris to purchase another vehicle. We were negotiating with several dealers for a replacement for our recently totaled 2012 Towne and Country. Our local dealer in the Jacksonville, FL area, with whom we have a long standing relationship, had the car we wanted except for color. We found the right car with the right color at your dealership and began phone negotiation with Robert Suarez on Friday the 14th. By mid-day Sat, after assistance by Robert Suarez, Mark Goode, and Tracy Buczkowski, we came to an agreement and left Jacksonville to arrive at the New Port Richey dealership by 4 PM. Due to unforeseen delays on our part we actually arrived at 6:30 PM just before their 7 PM closing time. We were met by Robert Suarez and Tracy Buczkowski. Everything was efficiently arranged to enable us to complete the vehicle inspection and briefing on features, complete purchase paper work (Tracy), and complete financing (Scott Poth). Tracy and Scott remained until 9 PM, or after, to complete the deal and enable us to immediately depart for Jacksonville with the new car The expertise and customer service displayed by all involved is best described by what in the military is referred to as "above and beyond the call of duty". As a result of their efforts we truly felt like "guest" rather than "simply customers". More

Scott took over and became salesman even followed me home after dealership closed in order to get both of my vehicles home. The next day he followed through with a phone call had me come in to get some gas because jeep was given to me empty. Really feel like Scott earned my business that day and in the future. Excellent customer service from Scott Poth made up for salesman Travis who lacking in customer service skills and seemed almost non existent through my entire purchase. More
