Got the deal done Stopped by Ferman's Dealership looking for a replacement for ending lease on a 2014 Wrangler, I had done my homework on line and had 3 different Jeeps Stopped by Ferman's Dealership looking for a replacement for ending lease on a 2014 Wrangler, I had done my homework on line and had 3 different Jeeps I wanted further info on. The sales staff did an excellent job in giving me the information I was seeking, and I made my decision to lease a Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk. There weren't any on their lot or in the surrounding area, so I decided to order the one that I wanted from the factory. The sales staff did an excellent job of getting the paper work done, they are very professional and know the in's and out's of making a deal that I was satisfied with. More

From the second Ken L meet us in the lot, to the conversation with Jason and R There are dealerships and then there is Ferman Dodge of Newport Richey. From the second Ken L meet us in the lot, to the conversation with Jason and Robert, to the signing of the paperwork with Scott, I felt like this was an experience and not just a sales quota. Ken was extremely knowledgable about the Jeep and all its features. However, what impressed my wife and I the most was his professional demeanor and approach to selling a vehicles. No pressure, no gimmicks, and no suggestions for "something else" one often gets a dealership. The whole team was helpful, courteous, and made us feel welcomed. I will only buy from them again. All other local dealerships could learn a thing from these folks. More

Wow! A dealership like no other! After visiting with 4 other dealerships, I really didn't want to talk to another one, but I still had not found the vehicle that I really wanted. During my searches on the internet, I found that Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey had a vehicle that I was very interested in. However, they were 2 1/2 hours from where I lived. Well after visiting 4 different dealerships locally and being tired of their games and not having what I really wanted, I decided to call Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey. I really didn't expect favorable results from that phone call but I was so pleasantly surprised. I told them what I was looking for and that they had a vehicle that fit the bill and I just needed their out the door price and that's what I got. There were no games, no hemming and hawing, no well let me see what I can do and call you back. Right over the phone, they gave me a GREAT price. Followed up with an email to confirm the price and we moved ahead. Financing called that evening to get started with their paperwork. I drove to Ferman the next morning to finalize the paperwork and drive my new vehicle home. When I arrived, Raymond made me feel right at home. It was such a pleasure to visit with him while they processed my trade-in. Then it was Scott's turn to finish up the financial end. Again, everything was exactly as we agreed and again, it was a pleasure visiting with him. After my poor experiences with all the other dealerships in Orlando, dealing with Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey was such a breath of fresh air. I will recommend them to everyone and when I'm in the market for a vehicle, I will skip the Orlando dealerships and go directly to Ferman. Thank you guys! More

He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, not just trucks and Jeeps, but also hot rods. Robert would not give up on the sale and will go beyond to reach your financial needs. Scott is great with the finance part and straight to the point. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I came from Lakeland, FL to purchase my vehicle here. Do not let the distance scare you out of an opportunity of great deal. More
