I went in to have my vehicle serviced. While I was waiting Scott gave me an appraisal and told me what my vehicle was worth and how Chevrolet compared to my current vehicle. I HATE the process of buying a car, new or used, but SCOTT RAY was very pleasant to have as a salesman. He talked with me and showed me what was available and let me test drive a couple of vehicles with SCOTT RAY was very pleasant to have as a salesman. He talked with me and showed me what was available and let me test drive a couple of vehicles without pressuring me about anything at all. He hasn't stopped there and is now helping me keep an eye out for a vehicle for family. Scott has proven that he is willing to go above and beyond for his clients. CHARLIE LEHNER is another great associate/salesman that I briefly worked with last year and was a reason I was going back to Allen Turner Chevrolet. Fortunately for Scott, Charlie was off the day I dropped in and decided to leave with a new truck. ROBERT BRADLEY, in Finance, was able to secure a better APR than my own bank did on my preapproval. He was quick and very patient as we finalized all necessary documents and payments. In the end, I did not purchase the exact truck I set out to get because there wasn't one on any nearby lot between multiple dealerships. Nonetheless, I am very happy with the truck I did purchase.
