Once the vehicle arrived, Scott took the time to go over everything in detail. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with confidence. Justin in F&I handled the paperwork seamlessly and made the process quick and stress-free. Thank you to Scott, Justin, and the entire team at Allen Turner Chevrolet for a smooth and professional buying experience. Well done. More

Dealing with a total loss after an accident is never easy, but Scott at Allen Turner Chevrolet made the entire transition incredibly smooth. Like most people, I was attached to my truck, and the stress easy, but Scott at Allen Turner Chevrolet made the entire transition incredibly smooth. Like most people, I was attached to my truck, and the stress of finding the right replacement weighed heavily on me. From the start, Scott was patient, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to help me find a 2500HD that fit my needs. Since there wasn’t an exact match available in Crestview, Scott and I dug in and started researching options. After a few weeks of bouncing VINs back and forth, Scott worked his magic and secured an excellent dealer trade. Just a few days later, the truck arrived at Allen Turner—no out-of-state travel, no added stress, and no extra logistics to worry about while I was still dealing with insurance from the accident. Scott was exactly what I needed during a challenging time. I can confidently say I’d buy another truck from Allen Turner Chevrolet without hesitation. Huge shout-out to Scott, Justin, and the entire Allen Turner team for getting four wheels under my boots again! More
