Great experience with Leasing at Hassett Ford I have returned over and over to Hassett Ford for my leasing needs over the past 15+ years. My 3 year old lease was coming up and I went to see Tim I have returned over and over to Hassett Ford for my leasing needs over the past 15+ years. My 3 year old lease was coming up and I went to see Tim Coppolla, who I have probably leased 4 cars with over the years. Tim, is the consummate salesman. He knows his cars and the finances and most importantly -LISTENS- to what I want and how much I want to spend. He makes it so easy and like I said, this is probably car # 4 or 5 with him. The dealership runs very well. I have never had an issue with the Service Dept and they are easy to deal with and also very professional. I must say that by leasing a new car every 3 years, I have not had a major problem, so that does make it even more enjoyable to deal with them. Tim advised that they have this great new program if you are BJs member (or you can join) to get really nice incentives and better pricing and almost no negotiation over pricing. I must say, I have had some really poor experiences over the years looking for cars, but going to Tim at Hassett, eliminates the pain and makes it easy. Also a note, dealing with the Finance manager, Scott, was also smooth and totally not high pressure to buy extra services. I highly recommend this dealer and salesteam. Mark Hecht More

The Atypical Car Saleman It's not often that I would take the time to write a review about someone but Scott Rosenfeld really was an exception person to deal with. I think everyone has the same perception of a 'car salesman' and it's not one that is all that appealing (sorry, car salespeople, but there is truth to that) .. however, Scott is the complete opposite of that perception. If you really want a salesperson that is courteous, knowledgeable, and really compassionate, then you have to go to Hassett of Wantagh and you have to get Scott Rosenfeld to help you. I have leased two vehicles from Scott and I never felt that he was pressuring me into anything ... in fact, I have to say that we had actually agreed on one payment and when he came back to write it up, he lowered it a little ...
