Taylor did a great job with the trade in of my bmw 440i for the Porsche 911. On the other hand their technicians damaged all four volk te37sl wheels on trade in when swapping wheels off the bmw for my fact for the Porsche 911. On the other hand their technicians damaged all four volk te37sl wheels on trade in when swapping wheels off the bmw for my factory wheels And did not want to fix the wheels to previous new condition which were only two weeks old. They scratched through the face of one te37sl both the ceramic and clear coat layer down to base paint as well as had damage of all four te37sl wheels by burning through the clear coat and ceramic coating even after it was expressed to the technician that a impact was not to be used for this exact reason. When trying to resolve this issue I was told that they would have their painter look at the wheels and he himself said he could not fix the wheels without stripping the entire wheel down of all four wheels and completely repaint all of them which he was not willing to do. They have been given multiple chances to rectify this issue and instead want to try and push me out without resolving this issue and offer $500 when that will not replace any of the wheels to be fully stripped and repainted as well as have them ceramic coated as they were with proof of invoices given by the shop that did so. I have denied this offer and am currently driving 80 miles back and forth every time they ask me to come in to try and offer the same 500 to resolve this issue and that I don’t push for what needs to be done correctly. Jaimie was the most rude and disrespectful service person I have ever had dealings with. Would not let me talk and kept making accusations that we did something involving the electrical system. And I still h I have ever had dealings with. Would not let me talk and kept making accusations that we did something involving the electrical system. And I still have no idea what he was talking about. Said he was charging us for work that is under warranty. Car is a year old and absolutely nothing has been done to the car except oil changes. The problem was with the heat/air not working properly. Only worked at 60-62 degrees. After we we told him we shouldn’t have to pay for warranty work he told us not to ever come back. WTH. I just bought a brand new Nissan the day before from this dealership and he says this. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Contacted service manager Scott Ross and he has not even bothered the get back with me. I told him all about it. Says he will take care of it. SMH!!! Now I have a brand new car and they don’t want me to even get serviced there. UNBELIEVABLE!! The service department gets ZERO stars from me. I have contacted Nissan North America and have a case number. This is terrible business!! Jaimie Rohlmeier is absolutely the worst service person. And I do not have any confidence in his management. More

I made an appointment for a tire rotation and waited 2 hours. I totally get being busy but that's why I made an appointment instead of just walking in. It was frustrating. I actually walked back into the service office after 2 hours and asked if everything was ok or if I was supposed to have checked in with them. The guy in charge of my service just kind of waved me over to complete the paperwork and took me to the cashier. I don't know how long I would've waited if I didn't go back there myself. I had a little fob on a keychain that fell off (it has done it before, but I know I gave the keys to him with it on there, it's the only other thing on my key and very noticeable when not there) and the service guy wasn't helpful at all. He mostly just gaslit me into thinking I didn't have it on there. The manager on duty at the time at least humored me and let me walk around to look for it and then offered to pay for it if there was a charge for losing it. Thankfully I got it replaced without issue, but it was nice to have the offer. That interaction gave it one more star than the 1 I would've given. More
